Wat moet ik doen? (English below)

(1) Download het juiste formulier van onze website (Binnen of buiten Nederland)

• Download return formulier binnen Nederland

• Download internationale return formulier

(2) Vul het formulier zo volledig mogelijk in.

(3) Ga naar een PostNL punt bij jou in de buurt, en laat daar het adres + antwoordnummer zien. Zij zullen voor jou het benodigde shipping label printen dat op de verzendzak moet. Je hoeft dit dus niet zelf thuis te doen.

(4) Stop het formulier in je verzendzak, en laat het onze kant op sturen

(5) Je krijgt van ons een bevestiging als het geld is teruggestort of het juiste item is opgestuurd.

What to do? (English)

(1) Download the right form off our website (Retour_Form_International)

• Download return form within The Netherlands

• Download international return form

(2) Fill in all the necessary info on the form.

(3) Go to a postal service near you, showing the return address, and let them print the right label for you.

(4) Insert the retour form in your shipping bag, when sending it.

(5) You will get a notification from us when the refund has been issued, or the right item is coming your way.
